Shipping policy

We know shipping matters — especially when you’re ordering something online.

That’s why we process orders quickly, ship from Vancouver using Canada Post and send tracking details as soon as your package is on the way.

Processing Time

Processing time for orders is between 1–2 business days.

NOTE: Orders placed on weekends and statutory holidays will be processed the following business day.

We ship all Canadian orders with Canada Post Expedited service.

Shipping time is typically 3–10 business days, depending on your location.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

 

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you will receive an email with your shipping and tracking information. You can use your tracking number on Canada Post’s website to track your order. Find out more here: Track My Order

 

Finding Your Package

If your tracking number shows that your order has been delivered, but you have not received your package, please check around your doorstep, mailbox, building entrance, parcel locker, or with others in your household.

If the Canada Post driver does not feel it is safe to leave the package in plain view, they may place it somewhere slightly hidden.

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
