Processing time for orders is between 1–2 business days.
NOTE: Orders placed on weekends and statutory holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping time is typically 3–10 business days, depending on your location.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Tracking Your Order

Finding Your Package
If your tracking number shows that your order has been delivered, but you have not received your package, please check around your doorstep, mailbox, building entrance, parcel locker, or with others in your household.
If the Canada Post driver does not feel it is safe to leave the package in plain view, they may place it somewhere slightly hidden.
